Wrath of Euphrates is 11km away from al-Raqqa

RAQQA - Wrath of Euphrates operation room fighters are 11km away from al-Raqqa on the north side of the city.
 
The 3rd stage of Wrath of Euphrates operation room campaign for liberating al-Raqqa is continuing its 5th day amid the advancing of the forces and heading successive strikes to the mercenary of ISIS. Combatants of Wrath of Euphrates operation room have advanced in Khanez front and they are now 11km away from the north side of al-Raqqa.
 
The Wrath of Euphrates operation room fighters in Khanez front advanced on Tuesday evening, and the clashes intensified between the fighters and ISIS near two strategic hills. These clashes continued in full strength till morning hours resulting in the two strategic hills liberation by Wrath of Euphrates     fighters.
 
These two strategic hills are 11km away from northern al-Raqqa city.
 
While in al-Makmen front, the fighters continued advancing forwards on Tuesday evening after Abu Suse village has been liberated by them. By their advance, they seized the mercenary of ISIS in Malihan village that is 22 km northern east of al-Raqqa city. Moreover, the area is witnessing fierce clashes now between the fighters of Wrath of Euphrates operation room on one hand and the mercenary of ISIS that are receiving strike after strike from the other hand.
 
Since the beginning of the campaign, the fighters of Wrath of Euphrates operation room have liberated dozens of villages and hamlets from the hands of ISIS. In addition to that, they have destroyed a booby-trapped vehicle and have killed dozens of the mercenaries.
